Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused equipment.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
How to start a return
Email contact@helios.energy with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send a return authorization and a prepaid freight label for orders over $5,000; smaller orders cover return freight.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the returned equipment arriving at the Reno hub. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Custom-cut cables, installed components, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
