25-Year Performance Warranty
Helios solar panels are backed by a 25-year performance guarantee. The terms below apply to residential equipment purchased through this store.
Performance guarantee
For 25 years from the delivery date, the rated power output of each panel will not fall below 80% of its nameplate wattage under standard test conditions. If a panel produces less than 80% within the warranty period, Helios will replace the affected module at no cost.
Product workmanship
Modules and balance-of-system components carry a 12-year workmanship warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. Batteries and inverters are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years).
What's covered
- Power output below 80% of nameplate within 25 years
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Replacement modules shipped from the Reno hub
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation, handling, or modification
- Acts of nature beyond normal weather exposure
- Labor or travel for removal and reinstallation

To file a claim, email contact@helios.energy with your order number and a photo of the affected module. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days.
